Because of the depth of our expertise and experience, we expect to be paid fairly for our work. But additionally, we expect the amount of our fees to be commensurate with the value of the work to our clients. We welcome discussion regarding billing arrangements; likewise we will be open and informative with our clients about the cost of our services.

While most of our clients are billed monthly and their fees are based on an hourly rate, that method is not applicable to all legal work nor convenient for everyone. Therefore, we are open at all times to discussing alternate billing arrangements.
