Neighbors Bar & Restaurant Plans Two More Midstate Locations

Bone McAllester Norton client Jody Myers, co-owner of Neighbors of Sylvan Park, announced this week that he is opening two more locations for the neighborhood bar and restaurant. By the end of the year, Neighbors will have locations in Hendersonville and in Franklin. The menu will continue to serve the same favorites and will feature some new additions, including fish and burgers.

Paz Haynes to Discuss “Keys to Contractual Agreements” at the Metro Nashville Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance

Bone McAllester Norton attorney William J. (Paz) Haynes III is slated to deliver a course about contractual agreements to the Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance (BAO), part of Metropolitan Nashville Davidson County Government, at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2013. This course will provide suppliers with a basic understanding of contractual agreements and will assist small, minority and women-owned business owners the importance of what items to look for and include when negotiating contracts with prospective clients.

Paz concentrates his practice in the areas of labor law, litigation and dispute resolution. In the course of his practice, Paz has represented manufacturers, insurers, lending institutions, small businesses and individuals in a variety of matters.

EPA Issues New Vapor Intrusion Guidance

Sharon Wilcox Elected to the 2013-14 Officers of NALS

Mike Norton’s Postage Stamp Collages on Display at Appalachian Center for Craft

Bone McAllester Norton president and attorney C. Michael Norton has a talent outside of practicing law: creating colorful collages from postage stamps. More than 10 of his collages are now on display at the Appalachian Center for Craft in Smithville, Tenn. A collector of stamps, Norton is able to utilize every color of the rainbow in the collages, which have a variety of designs and patterns. The exhibit will be on display May 28 – July 16, 2013.
