Vicki Schmidt focuses her Alcoholic Beverage Law work on liquor and beer licensing for restaurants, hotels, package liquor stores and distilleries throughout the state of Tennessee. She also works with Bone McAllester Norton’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice preparing discovery responses, producing documents, and preparing discovery and deposition summaries.
Her attorneys rely on her for meeting deadlines with ever changing alcohol laws, beer regulations and venue opening days. She says, “Getting liquor clearances to the people when they open their establishments makes our clients smile, which makes me smile.” Providing that clients-first service is something on which she prides herself.
Prior to joining Bonelaw, Vicki spent nearly 10 years as a paralegal at Stewart, Estes & Donnell, now known as Dickinson Wright.
A devoted runner, she has completed 15 marathons, including the ones in Boston, Chicago and New York City. She loves running solo or with friends—and enjoys great wine.
