Anne Martin & Stephen Zralek Receive Additional Mid-South Super Lawyers Honors

Congratulations are in order to Anne C. Martin and Stephen J. Zralek, who have received additional honors from the 2014 Mid-South Super Lawyers list.

Anne was selected in the top 50 women attorneys list and the top 100 Tennessee attorneys list. Stephen was included in the top 100 Tennessee attorneys list and is the only one among the Top 100 whose practice focuses on intellectual property litigation.

Mid-South Super Lawyers are selected through a multi-phased process, which includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. The list is produced by Super Lawyers, a national rating service that includes more than 70 practice areas. Only 5 percent of the nominated attorneys are named to the overall Super Lawyers list.

Anne concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law, representing both employers and employees. She represents many different companies and individuals with a variety of business problems.

Stephen helps individuals and business clients from the technology, creative and entrepreneurial fields resolve disputes through intellectual property litigation, business litigation and entertainment litigation. He is lead counsel in Marshall v. ESPN, a class action that alleges broadcasters and other defendants have unlawfully profited off the names and likenesses of college football and basketball players.
