In addition to working for Bone McAllester Norton, attorney James Crumlin spends his Monday and Thursday evenings motivating Nashvillians to improve their lives through fitness. His free workouts on the grounds of the State Capitol have become increasingly popular, with as many as 100 people showing up for each session.
“I just want to see people healthy, on the road or on the path to getting healthy,” James told WSMV in a recent interview.
