Bone McAllester Norton attorney I’Ashea Myles-Dihigo is a featured guest columnist in the Tennessee Department of Transportation Civil Rights Division’s recent newsletter for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. In her article titled “Be Careful Who You Lien: A Change in the Law,” Myles-Dihigo offers legal advice and pointers on a new state law that covers liens involving general contractors, sub-contractors and laborers.
Myles-Dihigo focuses her practice on construction law, real estate law, employment law and commercial business law, with an emphasis on dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, jury and bench trials in both federal and state court.
