Bone McAllester Norton attorney I’Ashea Myles-Dihigo co-presented a workshop on critical insurance issues during the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Annual Forum on Construction Law held April 24-27 in Hollywood, Florida.
Titled “A Closer Look at Insurance Issues Following a Natural Disaster,” the workshop covered topics such as builder’s risk insurance, business interruption losses and alternate insurance plans that can aid clients in the event of a natural disaster.
Members of ABA’s Forum on Construction Law represent all segments of the construction industry: owners, design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, insurers and sureties. The Forum’s mission is to serve the construction industry through education and leadership while aiding in the professional development of construction attorneys.
I’Ashea Myles-Dihigo focuses her practice on construction law, real estate law, employment law and commercial business law, with an emphasis on dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, jury and bench trials in both federal and state court.
