Liquor Attorneys Working to Open Spirits Distillery and Tasting Room in Memphis

Bone McAllester Norton’s Alcoholic Beverage Law team is working to secure the appropriate licensing for D. Canale & Co., who announced its plans to build and open a spirits distillery and tasting room in downtown Memphis. The nearly 55,000 square-foot facility, housed in a 1920s-era warehouse at 301 S. Front St., will produce and bottle premium distilled spirits. The $5 million project, named Old Dominick, will open next fall.
