More Hotel and Nightlife Options Coming to Printers Alley

Bone McAllester Norton client Phil Martin, who owns Bourbon Street Blues & Boogie Bar in Nashville, talked with the Tennessean about the revitalization efforts of Printers Alley, the mixed-use district that houses entertainment and nightclub options. On the near horizon for the area are hotels and the re-opening of Skull’s Rainbow Room. Currently, Printers Alley Lofts can be rented on a daily or weekly basis, Noel Place is being transformed into a 170-room hotel, and the building in the Wells Fargo Plaza will be a full-service hotel with a restaurant, lounge and pool. Martin tells the Tennessean that the eventual goal is to keep moving the city forward with new merchants and retail, keeping it friendly for both tourists and residents.
