Bone McAllester Norton Ranks High with U.S. News Best Law Firms

Bone McAllester Norton continues to earn top recognition in the 2017 edition of U.S. News & World Report & Best Lawyers “Best Law Firm” rankings—a comprehensive survey of America's top law firms—with 20 overall practice rankings. Bonelaw added several new rankings, including Healthcare, Corporate, Mergers and Acquisition, Environmental, and Securitization and Structured Finance. The survey also resulted in 14 individual rankings for Bonelaw attorneys, 10 of those ranked in more than one practice area.

Bone McAllester Norton is also pleased to announce Anne C. Martin was named Best Lawyers© “Lawyer of the Year” for Litigation – Labor and Employment. Anne Martin has been a member of Best Lawyers since 2007 and a “Lawyer of the Year” since 2013. Only one attorney in the Nashville area is named “Lawyer of the Year” for Labor and Employment.     • Larry W. Bridgesmith has over 30 years of legal experience in dispute resolution and innovative workplace strategies to clients, students and business entities alike. He has provided trial counsel in jury trial defense verdicts and the successful defense of class actions. He is President of Creative Collaborations LLC, and he serves as the Senior Fellow and Associate Professor at the Institute for Conflict Resolution which he founded as Executive Director at Lipscomb University. At the request of the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section, he serves as co-chair for the Task Force on Dispute Resolution in Health Care and the International Committee’s Global Dispute Resolution Collaboration Task Force.
    • Anne C. Martin concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law, representing both employers and employees.  She is currently Secretary of the Board of First Steps.  In the past, Ms. Martin has served as a volunteer and board member for a number of civic organizations including the American Red Cross Board for the Tennessee Valley Chapter, Interfaith Dental Clinic, and Community Nashville, as well as the Davidson County Juvenile Court Foster Care Review Board.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College in 1989 and her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1992.

Paul Kruse named 2012 Trademark Lawyer of the Year

NASHVILLE – Paul W. Kruse, a partner at Bone McAllester Norton PLLC, has been named Best Lawyers’ 2012 Nashville Trademark Law Lawyer of the Year.

Mr. Kruse is an active member of the Intellectual Property Section of the Tennessee Bar Association having acted as Chair on more than one occasion. He received his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and his juris doctorate degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
