Bone Law Attorney Paz Haynes To Present at Upcoming Nashville Bar Association CLE Seminar “TN Election Law”

This can’t-miss panel will discuss why it is important for attorneys to familiarize themselves with the latest developments in Tennessee’s election laws.

This discussion includes updates on campaign financial disclosure requirements and insight from two attorney members of the Tennessee Registry Board. Additionally, the Board’s executive director will explain how the Board regulates and oversees these requirements and information on how elections will be impacted by the ongoing COVID-19 containment efforts.

William J. “Paz” Haynes III concentrates his practice in business law. He has experience in the areas of labor and employment law, administrative law, health care law, and commercial and civil litigation. In 2017, Paz was appointed to the Board of the Tennessee Registry of Election Finance. He served as Board chairman from 2019–2020.
