Alex Little Slated as a Panelist for Cyber Security Discussion

Bone McAllester Norton attorney Alex Little will speak on cyber security issues and threats during a panel discussion on Thursday, March 6. “Data Security, Insider Threats and Global Compliance” will feature Alex and Sol Cates, CSO of Vormetric Data Security, as they address tried-and-true insider threats in light of tightening security measures. The panel discussion will take place at Bonelaw’s downtown Nashville office from 8 to 9:30 a.m.

Alex takes pride in translating technological jargon to plain English to ensure that juries and judges understand the issues at stake. As a former Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee, he developed a deep understanding of the cybersecurity terrain, including the legal issues implicated by Title III wiretaps, GPS tracking, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, video surveillance and evidence obtained from social networking sites.
