James A. Crumlin Jr.’s biweekly “Capitol Steps Workout” was recently featured on Nashville Public Radio, part of the National Public Radio network. Every Monday and Thursday night at 6 p.m., Crumlin leads a group of workout warriors through a free, high intensity workout on the 90-step staircase of the Tennessee Capitol building.Bone McAllester Norton attorney
Crumlin, who is a five-time Ironman finisher, started the workout group six and a half years ago and welcomes anyone to participate. In January of 2019, for the second straight year, Crumlin’s class was recognized by Nashville Fit Magazine as Nashville’s Best Free Community Workout in 2018. Check out the full story here.
