Wellness Works at Bone McAllester Norton!

When Miller Chandler launched a new company, Foundation Wellness, Charles W. Bone and Sam J. McAllester III jumped at the opportunity to get involved.

"The idea that we could offer a customized fitness and overall wellness program to our employees was appealing", says Charles W. Bone, "we spend so much time at work and don't always have time for the gym  but often we can schedule an hour during the day for yoga or weight training."

Mr. Bone has been a fitness proponent for years, always making time for exercise as part of a balanced lifestyle.  In fact, he was the first one in the room on the day we had our first yoga class.  He is an avid runner and has completed over 40 half-marathons in 15 states, and counting.

Health is of course the top priority but we are finding that this is a great boost for employee morale as well.  We are thrilled to have this partnership with Miller and his staff at Foundation Wellness.

Bone McAllester Norton Announces Renovation to Downtown Office

Bone McAllester Norton has announced a renovation to its office in downtown Nashville, set to begin July 8. The expansion and “face lift” comprise four parts: a larger, more versatile multi-purpose conference room with state-of-the-art audio visual capabilities; upgrades to other conference rooms and the reception area; upgrades to attorney, paralegal and staff offices and working areas, including new carpet and paint; and adding space on the 18th floor of the building for attorneys and staff. Currently, the law firm occupies space on the 16th and 18th floors of the Nashville City Center, located at 511 Union Street.

“Our firm is now more than 10 years old, and we recognize the need to update and expand our space,” said Sam J. The cost of the construction is estimated at $375,000. Atlanta-based ASD is the architect on the project, and Nashville-based DWC Construction will be the contractor. Construction is expected to be finished by mid-September.
