Starting July 1, restaurants and bars can and will be fined if caught blending alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages together and selling them. This includes margaritas, sangrias and whiskey not mixed for immediate consumption.

“We don’t think the ABC is interpreting the law correctly,” Will said.
